PATRICK VIEW - POSSIBLE THINGS TO DO  TO HELP YOU LET GO

Letting go by Cambridge dictionary means:to stop thinking about or being angry about the past or something that happy in the past.
Urban dictionary :to let your frustration,anger go and not let it stress you out like it has been doing.
For me personally; Letting go means you don’t have to stress over whatever you are letting go anymore.
Sometimes, I feel the phrase “let go”  be very annoying. When people say it, it makes it look like you can just blink your eye and everything would go away. How I wish it was possible.
After passing through some tough times in life I was able to devise some possible things that help me to let go off my stress.
Possible things to do to help you let go
Theses are the list of thing i recommend for any one reading this:
1. Try yoga
2. Learn a new skill
3. Change your perception
4. Cry it out
5. Make a list of accomplishment
6. Engage in physical activity
7. Express your feeling through dancing writing or painting.
1. Try yoga
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.
2. Learn a new skill-
Here are the top 5 most highly desired skills that you can teach yourself.
1. Learn a new  language
2. learn a new instrument eg guitar, piano
3.Learn a new Skills Like drawing, Painting, or Photography
4. Pick Up Just About Any Subject You Missed In College
5. Learn a new cooking skills
3. Change your perception – Try to see the root cause as a blessing in disguise.
4. Cry it out – crying out releases harmful chemicals that build up in your body due to stress. (Dr. William Frey II)
5. Make a list of accomplishment – even small ones and add to it daily.
6. Engage in physical activity – Exercise decreases stress hormones and increase endorphins, chemicals that improve your state of mind.
7. Express your feeling through dancing writing or painting- Me personally, I go in to writing to let go off my worries and stress.
We all have something or someone or a situation we need to let go.. It’s time we learn to let go so we could become free and better.
I know it’s not easy and it’s not going to be easy except we learn to make it so.
Let’s share our problems in other to find a better solution.
