PATRICK VIEW - MAKING TOMORROW A BETTER PLACE


So many things about the human race is that no one knows tomorrow, the future. This reality, many would have changed it, if it were possible.
 Tomorrow is like a vast area of land with many precious gifts and natural resources waiting to be tapped. Some are very smart enough to know how to approach tomorrow while others are just too busy chasing today not knowing the magical land called tomorrow.
Some are very intelligent that they know exactly when to step into tomorrow to get the most of the precious stones nature has provided, others are just too nonchalant to care and they want tomorrow to come to them instead.
Tomorrow is a magic land filled with lots of surprises, gifts, resources opportunities, events etc. What you decide to take from that magic land will determine the direction your life leads to.
Tomorrow is your opportunity to fail or be successful if you please. Yes, if you please.Success is a choice only successful people understand.
Now do not get my pointwrong,Success is not just about money, money, moneySuccess is not measured by how much you have but by how fulfilled you are.

One may have ten million in his account and still not be fulfilled while another may have just ten thousand and be very much fulfilled.  It is your state of mind that tells how successful you are.The choice is yours to decide when you want to embark on that journey to the magic land.

To lead the future/tomorrow . We plan towards getting new possibilities to extract insights about emerging issues and opportunities.
Some people get worried about tomorrow. Making many sign like Is luck on my side?”, “Is he going to call me?”, “Will I be successful?”.  We have all dreamt at least once to be able to predict the future in order to know what tomorrow will bring.

To meet all your expectations and guide you every step of the way, I was able to bring our plans to make a tomorrow a stress free day. Here are the list:
1. Prepare a Plan B
2. Keep track of your achievements
3. Swiftly get rid of everything negative
4. Visualize tomorrow in a positive way
5. Show gratitude towards life
6.Commit to having a better day
7.Prioritize
8.Exercise and eat healthy
9.Reflect and Meditate
10.Relax and have fun

1. Prepare a Plan B-
Have a ready Plan B which can be immediately called into action when things take a different way in your life. Having a plan B for your  tomorrow  is a great way to play it safe. Make some time to prepare a Plan B for your next day.
2. Keep track of your achievements
Take some time to reflect on your achievements so far, no matter how small they might seem to you. Keep note of everything you’re proud of so far and feel content with everything life has blessed you with.

3. Swiftly get rid of everything negative-
Try to get rid of everything negative in and around you. Your habits, actions and thoughts make who you are and try and eliminate everything negative from you.

4. Visualize tomorrow in a positive way-
It told that visualizing the next day in a positive way provides you with the correct mindset needed while beginning the day. The attitude and perspective with which you head into a new day matters the most and helps you in creating the same.

5. Show gratitude towards life -
Make sure you don’t forget to show gratitude towards life and all the important people who are a part of your life. Ask yourself questions like, 

What makes you happy?
What do you feel about your life right now? and other such gratitude questions.

Have a quick chat or a coffee with someone close and ask about how their day was and become a good listener.
Life isn’t all me -me.

6.Commit to having a better day -
This is far more important than it seems. How you feel about and react to the world depends largely on your frame of mind when experiencing things. 

1. If you're feeling impatient, angry, and like you're having the worst day ever, a traffic jam is going to seem incredibly frustrating.

2. If you set out thinking that the day is beautiful and that nothing can keep you down, a traffic jam might seem like a good opportunity to listen to that new album you've been meaning to hear. 

Make a commitment to yourself, right now, that tomorrow will be a better day, and invest in that belief. You'll be amazed what an impact it has on your outlook.

7.Prioritize -
Sacrifice some time tonight to dedicate to work items. You don't have to actually work on anything--instead, your job will be to prioritize things for tomorrow. 
These are my  three main priority categories:

1. Make a short list of everything you have to do. 
2. Make a short list of everything you hope to do.
3. Make a short list of everything that might be nice to do.
Then, decide what you're going to start on first, and how you're going to arrange your day for the most priority categories.


8.Exercise and eat healthy -
Choose healthy, nutritional foods like Fruits and vegetables are always good choices. This will give you more energy and a better mood to start your day with, giving you a huge head start. 

Exercise too, even in the evening, can help you relieve stress and give you more energy. It will also help you sleep better, which means you'll wake up tomorrow morning feeling more refreshed and more fully rested.


9.Reflect and Meditate -
Stop what you're doing and take 15 to 20 minutes to reflect on your day. Turn off or get rid of any distractions that might interfere with your ability to think clearly and deliberately, and isolate yourself if necessary. 

While you're isolated and distraction-free, set aside some time to meditate--it's simpler than you might think. Your goal here is to free your mind of any wandering thoughts and distractions that can stress you out and reinforce your negative feelings.

Any time a new thought enters your mind, visualize yourself letting it go and return to a state of mindfulness. It might take some practice, but the physical and mental benefits are numerous. You'll feel better, you'll think more clearly, and you'll be less stressed. It will now reduce some of the stress of which should carry over at least partially into tomorrow.



10.Relax and have fun -
Listen to relaxing music, watch funny videos, watch inspirational videos, read your favorite books and do your favorite activities and make sure you enjoy every aspect of it. Things may turn out too rough sometimes and relaxing it off is the only way to find your inner peace.
